I am a huge fan of Burtons work, from Batman to Edward Scissorhands to Beetlejuice.
His films are classed as gothic, but they are beautifully constructed, dark works of art.

About him;
He was born on August 25th (he is now 54) and he was born in California, Burbank.
He has been an active film maker since 1982.
His full name is Timothy Walter Burton.
